I am a stay at home mom of two wonderful boys. After much discussion and prayer my husband and I decided it would be helpful for me to begin working part-time. I began praying about the right opportunity. My friend who was in a similar situation told me about a couple of women in Colorado Springs who cater espresso drinks to various events.

Since we both love coffee and people, we thought it sounded like a blast. So the journey began . . . we did lots and lots of research, put together a business plan and even flew to Oregon to meet with an incredible woman who has done espresso catering for 16 years. In the end God dropped a whole different opportunity into my friend’s lap, which she decided to pursue. I decided to go forward with Latte Da Espresso Catering, and am very excited to see how God will continue to reveal His plan.

It has been simply amazing to watch God open and close the doors. I am so thankful to have the opportunity to do something I love, while still having time with my family.
